243 Ida are a hidden gem of the North West's much celebrated underground electronic scene (if not the jewel in the crown). To those in the know, the Manchester based Synth-Pop duo have for some time been a veritable cornucopia of memorable bedroom pop, brimming with a charming intimacy and immediacy that is so keenly sought after by many an aspiring artist. While to the uninitiated they are a treasure waiting to be discovered!

Their new self-released EP 'Lioness and I' (out today 27th May) is testament to the complimentary talents of the creative partnership of  Emma and Lennie. Ep's choice cuts 'Adamas' and 'Laniakea' gleam with polished electronics, and sparkling vocals. This is a real must listen.
