Sasha - 'Waterworks'

With British summer in full swing, and a hose pipe ban now in place, it's good to know we can still quench our thirst for cool, refreshing electro-pop thanks to the flowing spring of North London's Sasha and her quirky single 'Waterworks'.

From the moment you press play 'Waterworks' delivers a stream of engaging, intelligently-arranged pop goodness; from the sudden outpourings of layered choral vocals, the sprinkling of Synthesisers (which chug along at a toe tapping offbeat) and the glitchy production, 'Waterworks' delivers so much more than a summer feel good track. Its really quite brilliant.
